PERSONAL DATA
We point out that based on the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), the personal data of our Customers are collected and used exclusively for the execution and proof of orders, the provision of personalized services and the extraction of statistical data, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2472/97, as each applies, and the decisions of the Personal Data Protection Authority. The Customer has the right to access any information he has given to the Holy Monastery (article 12 Law 2472/97) and to object at any time to the processing of the data concerning him (right to object article 13 Law 2472/97). These data are not forwarded to third parties, with the exception of businesses cooperating with the Holy Monastery for the completion and execution of the purchase and delivery of the product (Banks, transporters, etc.). The Customer acknowledges that, by ordering products, he gives his express consent to the storage and processing of his personal data by the Holy Monastery for the above purposes.
The Holy Monastery is entitled, without its own responsibility, to disclose any data and/or information of the Customer to the law enforcement authorities, to government officials and/or to third parties, as long as it considers it reasonably necessary or appropriate for the enforcement and/or for establishing compliance with any part of this Agreement.
The Holy Monastery may inform the Customer regarding his order by sending an e-mail, by telephone or by letter via conventional mail to his contact address.

In case you request the deletion of your personal data, which is necessary for the execution of a contract concluded with you, the Holy Monastery has the right to reject the relevant request with reasons and to inform you accordingly.
